The Ravens.

Baltimore has plenty of pass-catchers, but they don’t seem to be thrilled with the group as a whole. With former Texans coach Gary Kubiak now coordinating the Baltimore offense, Kubiak could be making the case for making the move. But they’d probably have to be willing to ship someone like Torrey Smith to Houston in order to get Johnson — and that probably wouldn’t be a good idea.

Agreed if the price was Torrey.

Why? They are looking at the teams that would like AJ and what it would take to get him.

They have run out of things to write about.

Torry for AJ and his fat contract?

If Torry Smith broke a leg and Steve Smith gets hooked on heroin and Pita goes down again...then yea....maybe I can see it.

What they did was see AJ....then thought Kubiak....then a made up bullshit first sentence about the Ravens not being happy with the receivers they have....and then they end with saying their idea wouldn't be a good idea....so this won't happen.

Sorry you can't see through this bs.

This kind of crap always gets written in the summer lull before camps start.

This might foil all those plans:

Sometimes lost in the fervor over a player asking for a trade is the reality that the team has to go along with that idea.

Thus, it doesn’t appear the Texans are inclined to move disgruntled wide receiver Andre Johnson just because he wants to.

According to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle, the Texans don’t plan to move Johnson for several reasons, all of which are better for them than him.
