I pointed out the television deal that kept them in the Big XII. The Longhorn Network gives them additional revenue that other Big XII teams do not get. USC wasn't going to put up with that in the Pac-12. And no way the B1G and SEC Networks allow the Longhorns to maintain exclusive rights to their brand and still share in conference revenue. Even if they did, good luck convincing Alabama, LSU, Texas A&M, Auburn, Florida, SC and Georgia that Texas deserves more money than they do.
