Winning numbers

Flacco has better numbers so far then pay a ton manning...lmao

Um, not so fast my friend.... As well as Joe has played, it is not better than Manning, P, who is completing 68.3% of his passes, 2nd best in the NFL, to Flacco's 63.7 %. Manning 19 tds to Flacco's 14, 3 picks for Manning to 5 for Joe... Yes, close, even the yards, 1790 to 1793 for Manning... All this equals a qbr of 117 for Manning to 97 for Joe....

Still very good numbers and shows how good, again, Joe can be and is, with a decent offensive line... They are not on par with Denver in pass protection, dispite the fact both have been sacked 8 times, but then Joe doesn't have the weapons of Manning.

VA, I think it will tell more about the offensive line & receivers more so than Joe. As we saw with Manning in the Super Bowl, even with the best weapons, if the line can't block nor the receivers get open, who is throwing the ball matters not....

T, I agree the OL is the key - it's always the key.

No OL = no run = no pass = no win.

My comment assumes - with guarded optimism - that we have an established OL. However, given the roller coaster performance of our OL the past 2 years, I too am inclined to take a wait and see approach.

Until then, here's hoping for a monster game from the OL, running game and Joe 👍👍

For 17 straight games no single RB has had a 100 yard game against the Ravens.

And.....

So far this season, opponents are averaging 3.7 yards per carry against the Ravens. If that number stays below 4 yards per attempt through the end of the regular campaign, it will mark an NFL-record 19 consecutive years -- the franchise's entire history -- that teams haven't gained more than 4 yards per carry on Baltimore.
