Now that Kubiak is the Bronco's new Head Coach, be prepared for Justin Forsett to depart for Denver as well leaving a huuuuuuge hole in the Ravens' running game. Discuss.

A running back who will turn 30 during next season might leave? Oh no!

forgive him. his quest to bash Flacco went down the drain along with Wilson's four picks and the SeaHawks win. The fact every quarterback in the playoffs threw picks was the drain cleaner.

With our OL, most serviceable RBs will do.  While I would prefer we keep JF, there are a plethora of RBs - FA or draft picks.

Good point Grubber.  But... just in case Kubes want to "pirate" away a few players (including Forsett), we can manage and fill the void.  Again, for depth and experience, would like to see us keep him but.....its a business.

I wouldn't get pressed over Justin.  He can be replaced easily.

I can't recall, but was Justin a good pass catcher?  Trestman's offense thrives on that.

Forsett is the perfect running back for Kubiack's system - he's gone. The running game was and has always been the backbone of the Raven's offense - no Forsett - no running game - no offense. This ain't rocket science.

Come on.  There is no RB in the league that is that important.

Don't undervalue Justin Forsett.

All SB contenders have one thing in common - excellent running games.

The 2010 GB team ran with Brandon Jackson and 703 yds.  NE with Kevin Faulk.  The 96 Packers didn't have a steady running game.  It isn't 100% needed.  RB's can be had cheap and young and perform well.

The best attack is a balanced attack. You cannot deny that. The majority of SB winners and contenders have proven that. Forsett will not be easily or ever replaced.

I would say, when it comes to the RB position, the harvest is abundant and the laborers are many.  We can find a good one - Forsett or another - and we will be fine.

Definitely I don't deny that.  I like a run first priority.  Justin is quite replaceable.  The position is a dime a dozen.

100% agreed.
