According to NFL.com w/ Carroll County Times as source we have UNOFFICIALLY signed:

Return Specialist: Leroy Vann, Florida A&M: Seems like a pretty dangerous weapon in the return game, see youtube video.

According to Gil Brandt on CBSsports.com:

Latest News

03/30/2010 - PRO DAY RESULTS: San Fancisco head coach Mike Singletary and quarterback coach Mike Johnson were both on hand at the Rattlers' pro day on March 18th. The other noteworthy player among the 14 prospects that participated was KR LeRoy Vann. Vann (5-8 3/8, 177) ran 4.59 and 4.62 in the 40, had a 35-inch vertical, a 9-10 broad, a 4.26 short shuttle and a 7.27 three-cone drill. Those numbers are not really a true barometer, however, due to the poor field conditions. He also did 16 bench press repetitions at 225 pounds. - Gil Brandt, NFL.com

Running Back: Curtis Steele, Memphis: Productive 6'0" 190 lbs RB who is the 3rd leading rusher in Memphis history. Finished 2009 season with 198 caries for 1,239 yards and 15 TD's.

From ESPN insider:

Overall Football Traits

Production 3 2005-06: Started career at Northwest Mississippi CC; started nine games in 2006 with 75 carries for 551 yards. 2007: Transferred to Memphis, redshirted. 2008: (13/12) 218 carries, 1,223 yards (5.6 avg.), 7 TD; 8 catches, 187 yards (23.4 avg.). 2009: (10/9) 198 carries, 1,239 yards (6.3 avg.), 15 TD; 18 catches, 123 yards (6.8 avg.), 1 TD.

Height-Weight-Speed 4 Average height and top-end speed but below-average bulk.

Durability 3 Left the SMU game in 2008 during the second half after suffering a hamstring injury. Missed the UT Martin and Marshall contest this past season due to a left knee injury.

Intangibles 2 Voted team captain as a senior. Named the team's Offensive Player of the year. Recipient of the Glenn Jones award after spring drills in 2009. Named offensive scout team player of the year for his effort during his redshirt season at Memphis (2007).

Running Back Specific Traits

Competitiveness 3 More than willing to step up in pass protection. Fights for yards after contact when gets the carry but doesn't always run with the same determination after the catch. Concerned about situational awareness. Appeared to lose track of the first down marker and stepped out of bounds on a third down play.

Vision/Patience 2 Keeps eyes downfield and reads the flow of the defense. Above-average patience. Gets on the hip of lead blockers and follows them though the hole. One concern is can be too quick to cut back.

Inside Runner 3 Runs with excellent balance and bounces off would-be arm tackles. Flashes the ability to make defenders miss in the hole. Makes crisp cuts and shows an effective spin move. Runs hard and drives legs after contact but doesn't have great power. Not going to push the pile or drag defenders in short-yardage situations.

Outside Runner 3 Lacks elite explosiveness but quick enough to turn the corner. Does a good job of turning shoulders upfield and getting north-south when he sees daylight. Shows good body control and can make defenders pay for over pursuing by cutting back against the grain but not an elusive open field runner that can make defenders knees buckle in space.

Passing Game 4 While he traps the ball against his frame, he can snatch it out of the air and we are optimistic about his ability to improve in this area as he gains more experience. Fluid turning upfield and flashes the ability to make defenders miss after the catch. Could do a better job of sinking hips and locking on with hands but steps up in pass protection and flashes a violent punch. Raw route runner who is going to have a tougher time separating from man coverage at the NFL level.

Nice find Spear. Good to see we added some more dbs.

The unofficial report on Leroy Vann was just that, unofficial.

The 49ers also agreed to terms with dynamic return man LeRoy Vann of Florida A&M, said agent Karim Lawrence. Singletary attended Vann's pro day, and came away impressed. Lawrence received multiple phone calls from 49ers scouts and coaches, beginning during the draft to recruit Vann.

Unofficial list of undrafted rookie agreements

Here's an unofficial list of the undrafted rookies who have reached agreements with the Ravens. These players won't become members of the Ravens until they sign contracts at the team's minicamp on May 7.

Morgan Cox

Long snapper, Tennessee

A three-year long snapper at the SEC school. Cox was the long-snapper for the South at the Senior Bowl, which boosted his status. There are questions about his size (6-3, 248 pounds).

Albert McClellan

Outside linebacker, Marshall

Undersized and athletic but lacks strength. He likely will be converting from a college defensive end. McClellan was a team captain at Marshall.

Prince Miller

Cornerback, Georgia

The former Mr. Football in South Carolina wasn’t expected to be drafted. The 5-9, 192-pound defender had only one interception in his college career. He averaged 11.9 yards on 19 punt returns.

Curtis Steele

Running back, Memphis

Tough runner who averaged 6.3 yards per carry and scored 15 touchdowns last season. His lack of size (5-10, 194) doesn’t make him an effective insider runner. Steele was a team captain at Memphis.

Josh Morris

Cornerback, Weber State

Morris tied a school record with 26 pass deflections and made seven interceptions in 34 games. The 6-foot, 180-pound defender was first team All-Big Sky Conference as a junior and a senior. A transfer from Northeastern Oklahoma, Morris reportedly has 4.45 speed in the 40. He also was known as the team barber.

Mike McLaughlin

Middle linebacker, Boston College

The most high-profile undrafted rookie agreement for the Ravens so far. McLaughlin is a solid prospect who was expected to be drafted in the fifth or sixth round. A two-year captain, McLaughlin is known as a vocal on-field leader. His reckless, hard-hitting style has led to injuries. The biggest knock is his lack of speed.

Yea my fault on the Leroy Vann lack of signing. I really liked him after watching his video. Oh well, Prince Miller seems like a similar player.

I am shocked that we haven't landed and/or targeted any of the more productive WR that went undrafted.

Furthermore, I am scared about the NY Jets secondary. They field Darrelle Revis, Antonio Cromartie, Kyle Wilson, Donovan Warren...Pretty sick!

It may be the case that we're actually overloaded at WR at the moment, especially since one of our TE's is probably going to split out. I wanted to see us go after Danario, but if this Rodelin Anthony signing is accurate, one 6'5 guy may be all we need in camp.

As for the Jets, don't forget Brodney Pool and Jim Leonhard - two big-time playmakers.

Yea I wasn't that impressed with Denario but he sure was productive nevertheless. We are definitely stacked at WR as things stand but picking up developmental practice squad players is always a good idea; especially when our WR corps may be depleted again after this season.

As of right now I see our game day WR being: Boldin, Mason, Stallworth, Clayton, and David Reed. Pretty sure D. Williams will be cut! I would also like to see what Marcus Smith and Justin Harper are able to bring to the table in camp.

Yea...I may need to go put some money on the Jets to win the Superbowl...they are loaded!

They've certainly put themselves in the mix, but don't get me wrong... the entire AFC, including Rex Ryan's squad, is afraid of what we're going to put on the field this year. No matter how many corners they bring in, none of them can tackle Boldin in the open field, they can't double Stallworth and Mason, and no linebacker or safety on any of their squads can match up physically with Heap (or Dickson, or Pitta). Especially with all the time Flacco will have behind our giant o-line, with Rice a threat out of the backfield on every play.

Throw in the fact that we're a lock to lead the league in defensive rushing yards surrendered, and we've got arguably the most complete roster in the NFL. Kindle, Suggs, Lewis, JJ, and Barnes getting after the second-year Sanchez? They're gonna wish they didn't release Faneca when Cody is sitting on Sanchise's head.

Stay tuned...
