tsylvester
Rex, grasping at strawsHe was told by the owners, who like the new oc (and plan to have him take Rex's job) to fire the Roman. Rex will follow soon and maybe end up back here?

tsylvester
Why? he's lost it and with Rex's ego I don't know if he would step back into a coordinator job He hasn't lost it, he never had head coach abilities. After he loses this one, no one will hire him to be a head coach, but he is still a great defensive coordinator, certainly better than Pees. cravnravn
again, why would he want to step backwards in the coaching tree? Billick didn't do it. Once these guys get a head coaching gig, they ain't stepping back in the ranks.
ravinmaniac52
There have been coaches that have taken the step back. Should be the Ray Lewis coaching tree. Not sure if Rex would want to come back here he wasn't very happy with not getting the job here
GrubberRaven
Leslie Frazier. Kubiak. Caldwell. All three were head coached, than took assistant positions.

Robjr83
Harbs wont fire Pees, and I doubt they'd want Rex back. The only former guy I'd want back would be Pags...in a heartbeat
