That's the only way the Ravens will have a good offense this year.

I read this quote from Campanaro....

“You see the articles and stuff. It’s more motivation than anything. You’ve got to have confidence in yourself to go out and prove them wrong," Campanaro said.

“We have guys, including myself, who are going to show up big."

Now...these "Guys" have been invisible so far...Perriman, Campanaro, Moore, Matthews......

So the Purple Kool Aid here is that all of a sudden, out of nowhere, these guys become reliable, key receiving targets!  :gorave:

They have been hiding in the wings and now they will rise to the occasion and passing game solved!

The same thing is going to happen with the O line.

Yes it is! I swear!!  :gorave:

Currently, there are 2 invisible guys who will man this line with Stanley, Lewis and Yanda and turn it into one solid O line.

Ozzie knows this. He knows what he's been hiding, developing and cooking in God's oven.

That's why he went all D in the draft!

He's the architect of 2 Super Bowl rosters and he's working on his third.

In August 2000 who saw a Super Bowl that year? We were all hoping for our first winning season...maybe go 9-7.

Who in  August 2012 saw that coming?

Other than crav.

The key to this is to suspend logic, disbelief and scepticism. That's for corporate dumbies.

What you have seen in the past is not what you are going to see now!

We must have faith in our team, coaches and players.

These guys..."Our Guys"...believe in themselves.

And I'm with them. They are going to fight, scrap and claw their way out of being invisible to being visible.

Just like the leaves just did.

One minute...not there. Next...Boom!

Part of being a fan...fanatic...is not being rational.

Something that has come easily to me all my life.

i can see this happening.

Can't you?

So we got an O nobody saw coming.

The D becomes as advertised for this year.

We got Tucker.

Boom!

Super Bowl!

“We definitely feel like we are equipped to go out and finish these last four games off,” quarterback Joe Flacco said. “This is the biggest one because it’s now, because it’s Pittsburgh. This will do a lot for us.”

When Campy is healthy he is good.  The problem is he is brittle like a 35 yr old.

Campy has the talent and has played well when he hasn't been injured, but you sure can't count on him not having an injury. He's prone.

I don't think the offense gets straightened out until after free agency and the draft next year. And even then it'll take some time to gel.

I don't think it will be done by then either.

Your #1 WR one of the major RBs and probably an OL starter are all FAs.  I am not sure you see them resigned either.  That is more drafting for the future.  After 2018 the Ravens could look to start over at QB.  Joe's contract is more reasonable to get out of.

You are asking the dullard for help?  That would be like asking Artie Lang for good health advice.

I have an idea, let us play the 17 season, then worry about who is and isn't a free agent. You're not a business person so stop worrying about it

There's only one guy on that list that can be truly called a playmaker and that's Wallace. If the rest want to become free agents let them and replace them.

Uninformed?  That is rich.  The same guy who thought Reynolds would be a good QB for the Ravens to draft.  You might be the most uninformed person I have ever heard talk sports.  You are about as bad as Dave from Saulsbury.

But it is a bunch more holes to fill.  Hurst might just be a starter this yr.  That would be another starter to find in a on a line that needs stability.

Hurst is only a body to fill in that position. He hasn't shown anything beyond the 2012 playoff run. I don't think he'd be hard to replace. Even an average tackle would be better.

OK...good post identifying some of the Invisible players.

There's a ton more....Now...identify those who will step up and be solid contributors.

I'll give my list tomorrow or Saturday.

This is not the ship that you want to sail on this season....and we know who the Captain is...
