Once Again, Win and the Ravens are In.

It feels like every season comes down to the last game and it's hard to block out the results of the last 2 seasons. The Stealers knock the Ravens out on the last play in 20016. 2017 the Bengals do it on 4th and 22. Ahnd now, the Browns have their opportunity to make it an AFC North trifecta on the Ravens.

This time it's the Browns turn who definitely have a hand in this drama. They tied the Steelers and beat the Ravens.

They had a hand in the benching of Joe Flacco. Doubts about Joe leading this offense anywhere had to creep in when the Ravens went into over time against the Brows in a 9-9 tie. The Ravens could not score 10 points in regulation! Only a puny 3 field goals.

The Browns are a hot team on a winning streak. It will be Lamar vs Baker. National attention as a new era of QB's take over.

They know the Ravens and the Ravens know them and so it goes with Divisional rivalries.

The Ravens have their hands full.

I think they will get this monkey off their back.

And the Steelers will sit home. :gorave:

I have to add this....this has been one fun season for me as a Ravens fan. I am seeing Ravens football for the first time in years. Great defense and special teams and a new wrinkle...exciting offense.

Nobody is pushing this team around. They are hard, physical hunters.

Yes, the new Browns are physical. They will try to go after Lamar and make him uncomfortable.

Quick handoffs, passes and smart play will be the vogue early.

Lamar's been good at this, too.

Ball security is a must.

Browns (7-7-1) at Ravens (9-6)

Opening line: Ravens -6

If the Ravens beat the Browns, they'll win the AFC North, but it won't be easy and that's because the Browns are on a roll. In their past six games, the Browns have gone 5-1 straight-up and 4-2 ATS. Of course, the Ravens have been just as hot over the past few weeks. Since Lamar Jackson took over the starting job in Week 11, the Ravens have gone 5-1 straight-up and 4-2 ATS. Although the Ravens have won five of their past six games against the Browns (5-1 ATS), that one loss came earlier this season in Cleveland, when the three-point underdog Browns beat the Ravens 12-9. The Ravens are 9-1 straight-up in the past 10 games where they were favored by six or more points (5-5 ATS).

This is pre mature yet it's nice to see the respect....

1. Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens are 5-1 in their last six, and it’s not just that they’re winning, it’s whom they’re beating. They gave the Kansas City Chiefs all they could handle on the road — losing by just three — and they completely shut down one of the league’s scarier offenses in the Los Angeles Chargers, holding them to a miserable 10 points. This is all about the defense, but quarterback Lamar Jackson is clearly coming into his own, a dual-threat quarterback that defenses are struggling with. Nobody wants to play the Ravens right now, and they have the potential to really upend the AFC...........https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/ranking-10-most-dangerous-teams-entering-nfl-playoffs/ar-BBRpe07?li=BBnbfcL&ocid=U508DHP

As a fan, love the accolades and respect.

From a players perspective, I hope they play and execute with the sense of urgency and swagger from last Saturday night.

Im seeing this game as a lot closer than most. If they come out firing on all cylinders and as energized as the chargers game, I think we are in decent shape. If we come out flat and Cleveland is sky high, we will be in for a donneybrook.

My gut and head both tell me this is very close game. Just like the first game in Cleveland.

I could be wrong, I often am, but I'm not really worried about this game at all. I think they will take care of business. I liked what Weddell and Jackson said after last week's game and think they will be ready.

Gut and head were right. Damn close game. That goali line missed TD by Lamar was game changer; turned what could have been. 27-7 lead at half into a close dang game.

Team played not to lose in 4th Q and nearly bit us in the arse.

Lamar was right after game - gotta clean that stuff up and play to win on Sunday ! 👍

Yet nullified by the ghost Maxx call for holding...balanced out...very zen

That's kind of the way I felt. I still wish we would have beat them by more than 7 so their blown call would not appeared to hurt so much.

Either way, we get bad calls on us too.
