CLELIN FERRELL OUTSIDE LINEBACKER, CLEMSON
The Baltimore Ravens lost Terrell Suggs and Za’Darius Smith in free agency and this is a serious chance to fill a need. Baltimore has always been best when they had great pass rush. If “Play Like A Raven” means anything, Clelin Ferrell is their type of player. Ferrell is a big bodied player for the edge of the defense. Since 2003 the Ravens had Terrell Suggs and let his pass rushing partners rotate in and out. There have been players like Paul Kruger, Elvis Dumervil, Pernell McPhee and Za’Darius Smith come and go through the years. Baltimore isn’t replacing their complementary pass rusher with this pick, they are attempting to fill the big shoes left by Suggs. This should be the next cornerstone building block of the franchise.
85
EMANUEL HALL WR, MISSOURI
While Hall wasn’t a player who racked up a ton of receptions at Missouri, the plays he made were big ones. He averaged 20.8 yards per reception in his collegiate career and scored 16 touchdowns in the past two seasons. He’s got size and speed. He’s what the Ravens thought they could have had in Breshad Perriman. Hall has better hands than Perriman and the third round is the exact place he should be taken. Hall has a chance to be a deep threat for Lamar Jackson. He needs to develop as an overall receiver, but he can catch the deep ball and develop alongside his quarterback for a bright future for the Ravens’ offense.
102
MECOLE HARDMAN WR, GEORGIA
If the Ravens can land Hardman here, it’s a near perfect value pick. Hardman had a great performance at the NFL Combine. He had a 4.33 second 40 yard dashand a vertical jump of 36.5 inches. He’s a reliable receiver who can make plays down the field and he has a high ceiling. With these two picks an offense with the fastest quarterback in football just got a lot faster. Baltimore needs all the receiving talent they can get and in the right opportunity, Hardman can be a solid play-maker.

I am not down on this one. No OL in the first 3 rounds?

22
GARRETT BRADBURY C, NC STATE
The offensive line can very easily be seen as priority A in Baltimore. They want to be a team that leans on the running game. This is a team that invested a three year $18 million deal in a blocking tight end. The Ravens take the business up front very seriously because it’s the key to Greg Roman’s offense. This pick is an exciting one, because it will create big plays for Lamar Jackson, Mark Ingram and the whole offense. Bradbury is the most athletic run blocker in the NFL Draft and he could complete the offensive line. Ronnie Stanley and Orlando Brown Jr. are studs at the tackle position. Having Marshal Yanda and Bradbury in the middle of the offensive line would mean the Ravens would just need a serviceable right guard. This is a good pick in terms of value and it is a safe pick. Bradbury doesn’t really have a lot to be concerned with. He’s going to be solid as a rock, and so will the offensive line.
85
CHASE WINOVICH OLB, MICHIGAN
This could be considered a steal but, this is a reasonable landing spot for Chase Winovich, who is impressive off the edge but he doesn’t quite have 1st round stuff. Winovich doesn’t have a ton of length and his frame could be a bit thicker. Everything else about Winovich is awesome. He is a very versatile pass rusher with surprisingly good power off the edge and he’s got decent quickness off the edge. Winovich is a high football IQ prospect who wins off the edge by winning the leverage battle. He’s a persistent pass rusher and his tenacity makes him a great fit for the Ravens. He’s also versatile. He can play any linebacker spot in the 3-4 defense, but his highlights will come at outside linebacker.
102
GARY JENNINGS WR, WVU
This is a tough and reliable wide receiver who was very productive for the West Virginia Mountaineers. In 2017 he had 97 receptions for 1,096 yards. In 2018 he had 54 receptions for 917 yards and 13 touchdowns. He has always been a receiver that could be leaned on, but he’s become a play-maker. His yards per reception shot up in 2018 and he scored his 13 touchdowns after only having one in 2017. This is a receiver who catches just about everything. After four years at West Virginia, he’s ready to come into the NFL as a play-maker.

I don't believe in center in teh first round but like the other picks.

22
N'KEAL HARRY WR, Arizona State
I have a feeling that this particular version of the mock draft is going to be the most popular one among members of the Ravens Flock. That’s because N’Keal Harry would step in and be a play-maker right away. Harry has a gigantic catch radius and is one of the toughest receivers to come out of the draft in a while. He has a chance to be the big bodied wide receiver that Ravens fans have been clamoring for since Anquan Boldin was traded to the San Francisco 49ers. He’s arguably the most reliable receiver in this draft class and he has back to back 1,000 yard seasons to prove it.
85
TERRY MCLAURIN WR, Ohio State
With pick 22 the Ravens got a big bodied possession receiver and a player who can win the jump balls. In the third round the Ravens got a deep threat for the offense. The Ravens may not have a quarterback like Joe Flacco, but they are using a familiar approach here. Harry is the Boldin like player. McLaurin is the Torrey Smith like player and while we’re at it, Mark Ingram is the Ray Rice like player. McLaurin is one of the faster receivers in this draft class and his stats tell the story on him. In 2018 he had just 35 receptions and 11 of them were touchdowns. He averaged 20 yards per reception. A deep threat for this offense is something that was missing before this pick.
102
O'SHANE XIMINES Outside linebacker, Old Dominion
This is a big pass rusher from a small school. Ximines has had at least five sacks four years in a row for Old Dominion. There may not be a better bull rusher off the edge in the draft than Ximines who looks the part of a dominant edge rusher. He seems like an instinctual player and he’s strong against the run because of it. He’s a small school player who wins with strength and leverage. He’s worth taking a chance on with the 102nd pick because he has a high ceiling.

Are they out of their damned minds?
