Deltona..Its exactly half way between Daytona & Orlando, 25 minutes from New Symrna Beach

Of course I know where Deltona is. It's the residential area of Volusia county. I may be watching the Super Bowl there in a few minutes.

REALLY???? Cool,
My Cousin lives there and we spent a week there last May and went house hunting, we found 3 homes, 1 is gone(sold) I guess as soon as we receive the official contract, the following week we will be down just to give a it a once over..
My Dad lived in Oviedo about 20 minutes down the 417

Yeah - my girlfriend lives just past Oviedo. I'll be moving from Daytona closer to Orlando here in the next few months.
