That's why he's bad. He doesn't adjust his game plan and play calling to the talent that he has.He's an Arena football OC....not NFL. I don't find this impressive at all... Gruden believes'd the Dalton fit his plan better than Kaepernick, and Brown was trying to say he let them take Andy because he values their judgments.
