Side note - NYTimes created a cool "risk takers" version of bracketing. Like other betting, it tracks which picks are popular in each round and gives you more points for an unpopular pick - if you get it right of course. I am not 100% sure how they really work their %ages and points, but in a close 8-9 matchup, either one is worth about 2 points. In a 16-1, the 16 is worth 11 points vs the 1 being worth 1 point. Points for all picks magnify in later rounds, so UMD over Kentucky in the Sweet 16 is worth like 70 points Quote Link to post Share on other sites
