Per wikipedia:

"During his career as an Offensive Coordinator, Mornhinweg's offenses have finished 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 9th, 10th, and 12th in total offense, and regularly highly ranked in big plays."

does nothing about the poor play from the special teams week after week or player not catching the ball or Joe not on target.

I agree about the special teams, he needs to be gone next.

Joe is not on target, he is completing 63 percent so far this year. This, while receivers can't get much seperation and he has no time. As was pointed out in the broadcast yesterday, with little room for error, it makes it difficult to complete passes. Add in the lack of time to scan and throw... We see the results.

I know Joe has thrown many passes away to save a sack. I wish they kept a stat on that. Add in the drops and his completion % goes up even higher. I am not saying he has been deadly accurate, he has missed some throws, some open receivers and chosen to throw somewhere else, all qb's do this.

But this offense struggling is not Joe.

Another offensive coordinator, another blow to Ozzie & Harbs on their decisions.....

Castillo is the 3rd coach who needs to be fired. This line has been bad since he arrived and took full control of it..

West avg 8.6 a carry, Joe shouldn't have 1 pass attempt yesterday

Crav, Was at the game yesterday and every time West ran on the left side, he had a minimum . A MINIMUM of 5 yards. 5 YARDS !!!!!

How this offense DID NOT take advantage of POUNDING and SHOVING the ball down the SKINS throats is inexplicable and unacceptable.

My whole section (105) was screaming when we passed on 3rd and 1 and/or 4th and 1. Even the skins fans were in disbelief and felt like we handed them the game.

I watched Jamal Lewis 295 yd game back in 2003 against Browns. This game had the makings of this kind of bludgeoning.

We took the foot of their throats and let em off the hook. And a result, this team is 3-2 instead of an easy 4-1.

I don't know what the new OC has in store, but it needs to include a 100 % commitment to the running game and, on occasion, letting Joe throw the damn ball downfield,

The Jamal game was a blast - had my Cleveland Browns fan and brother in law with me that day. Made him stay the whole entire game !

Miss that smash mouth running game. Imagine how this offense and Joe could put up some points. With West, Buck Allen and Dixon - they've got the trio . Just need the mind to run the O and an OL to open up the lanes !

Trestman had to go. There was just no confidence in the offense by the players. Sure we could use better reserve linemen but the bigger problem there is I believe Castillo.

So far as special teams, I dunno...Rosberg has been here for years and we did very well until this year.

If the Ravens' swan dive continues, Harbs is going to be in trouble.

One thing that I like about John is if you are not helping the team win then you're gone.

In 13 out of 21 games under Trestman the Ravens failed to score 20 points.

They get 1 field goal in 12 drives against a really bad defense.

That's really bad in today's NFL.

I'm not a big Marty fan. He's made some bonehead calls during his career.

Nor am I max, but they had few options this time of year.

I hope Marty uses Gilmore more often, he is a match up nightmare down the middle, in the seams more so than Pita is because of his size. Hopefully Marty starts using plays designed to get players open rather than a spread series of routes that Trestman ran.

Joe got Cam and Mark fired, Caldwell would have gotten the axe also but detroit hire him as there coach, but you had better believe if caldwell doesn't get that job he's firedCam

Cam and Mark both got fired for the same thing, game calling. It is like week after week the same page cut and paste. And both did the same thing if something was working they went away from it. If your running all over another team you do not stop doing that. You keep doing what is working till someone stops it. Cam just failed everything often.

Caldwell only got any job due to Payton Manning
