Not just because 4.5 is not blazing speed as they and the media claimed. Rather because he could not make hand catches, consistently... Then he worked hard and has been making some difficult catches over the past few seasons. I think Brown, if he can stay healthy & that is a big IF, can break the mold of Ravens drafted receivers, he has quickness, speed, hands and the attitude to go up and get a ball.
