  1. Flacco. Seriously. You have to get rid of that damn ball.
  2. At least we're still fuckin' fighting out there.
  3. Pig Pen's throw was actually last-ditch and horrible. Holmes was covered quite well until the defender inexplicably decided to slip. We lost. Nice season, everyone.
  4. The only good news is that Pig Pen and Hiney Ward are both hurting. I wonder how long our offense will go without a first down. BSPN is licking their chops for their anti-Raven teaser right about now.
  5. We seriously needed to be a little more imaginative on 3rd and 1 and 4th and 1. Two runs up the gut? I know it's our strength, but come on, it's Shittsburgh and they know that too! Goddamn it.
  6. LET'S GO, D!!! Jim Leonhard, why am I not surprised!!!
  7. If our D steps up here and doesn't give away some cheap first downs (as they've been doing too much of late), our O should get pretty good field position.
  8. The D is actually not playing that poorly. It's time for the offense to step up, if anything. (But what else is new!) Shittsburgh's not crowding the line, they expected us to open it up a bit. We need to focus on our bread and butter, not be overly complicated before we need to be.
  9. If we still don't stop them from getting the TD after that successful challenge though, goodbye any sort of momentum for a long time.
  10. NOT A CATCH!!! Harbs is a freakin' beast on challenges.
  11. We need to hold them to a FG and score a TD on our next offensive possession. That's what I want. Oh, and yay Hines Ward is injured.
  12. Well at least Jim recovered almost instantly. Some other Raven (cough, Figurs, cough) would have freaked the hell out and perhaps gotten up again to take a giant hit.
  13. HAHA! Taste grass, Pig Pen! Nice series, D. Good going.
  14. Those were nice passes from Joe, Mark and Derrick both had shots at those. Glad we came out swingin'.
  15. Well at least we stepped up to limit a FG attempt.
  16. Really? I think McNabb AND his receivers are so streaky that the Shittsburgh D would go nuts on them. Besides, the Cardinals are such a feelgood story. Their D has improved greatly this postseason. Also, I think Shittsburgh is more familiar with the Eagles than the Cards, which bodes better for the Cards should we not win today. I'm glad the Cardinals won. They've got the second-longest streak in pro sports without a championship! They're perennially made fun of. Kurt's a warrior and Fitzgerald is a beast. They don't talk smack, they just go out there and perform and surprise everyone. And that one guy just cried a little on camera. Good for them, good for them.
  17. His point is that we are CAPABLE of beating the Stealers handily (and I agree), but that for some reason we are content with a short run-short run-incomplete pass style of offense that is totally devoid of all imagination and trickery, while the Stealers are never afraid to be gimmicky against us. They pull out all the stops to beat us - offensively, defensively and sometimes on special teams - and STILL most times only manage to beat us by a FG or two. Imagine the outcome if we stopped playing so offensively tentative.
  18. They needed a FG in OT and a hair's length "TD" in order to win. We CAN beat them, but I don't feel like going against them anymore.
  19. Absolutely. Cowher either can't or won't shut up about Pig Pen and Dan is often surprisingly near-sighted. Shannon's at times the second most sensible, but I've already concluded that it takes someone to have played for us in order for them to appreciate us. Shannon gives the Ravens a fighting chance in games we go on to win even when everyone else picks against us, and Rod and Deion on NFL Network do the same thing. But who cares; we fear neither opponents nor pundits.
