Huge game today!!! A win could give us serious momentum going into the bye.

There is obviously something here that we do not know. The coaches see Pryce everyday in practice. Before this season we were told Pryce would only pass rush for us. Well he hasn't done a good job of that. And when Redding went down Pryce was destroyed on the run. We can't have a one dimensional starter on our front seven who can't stop the run. Pryce's tank is empty. Time for Kruger to step up. Kruger had a great offseason and preseason, let's see what he's got!

The run defense is the least of our worries. Like Harbaugh said, I dare teams to try and run on us after last week. This front seven has a lot of pride and talent, they are going to rebound in a strong way. We are going to get Big Cody in there and him and Ngata are going to clog things up.

I thought both of those calls were BS calls. Ray was blocked into the ground, it was not an intentional trip. And how is Suggs supposed to stop his forward momentum? Nevertheless, the rules in the first place are spotty allowing for a lot of grey area where the refs can make calls like this. Anyways, we did not deserve to win with as bad as Flacco played. On the flip side, I love how well our secondary played. I do not think we have to worry about this group being a weak spot for us. It was good to see Webb out there.

I am usually the first to defend Flacco's performance, but there are no excuses for him today. TERRIBLE!!!! He CAN'T throw over the middle of the field. He has three legit receivers, solid tight-end, and a great running game and still can't throw over the middle of the field.

Ray Rice isn't going to average 2 YPC the rest of the season. When he is popping out 5 YPC the passing game is going to really open up. The Jets are the best defense we are going to see all year. Defenses are going to have a lot of trouble handling Rice with Housh, Q, Mason, and Heap. As for that deep threat? Q and Housh were getting downfield just fine. Sure, our guys might have trouble getting downfield against opposing teams' #1 corners, but Housh and W are going to have field days getting downfield schooling #2 and #3 corners in man coverage. Cromartie and Wilson were looking silly on the double moves.

A win is a win. The Jets showed why they were the best defense in the league. 21 carries for 43 yards. The Jets defense was good, we were better. Ray Rice is not going to average 2YPC the whole season. With the plays Boldin, TJ, and Heap were making, this offense will get rolling. Not every team is going to have the type of pass rush the Jets have.

TJ is a beast. The guy gets downfield and makes plays, as simple as that. Like I said, TJ might not be able to get downfield against someone like Revis. But he will school a #2 or #3 and make a play downfield.

Should have been a touchdown to Heap. Heap has to lock that ball away.
