  1. I am rooting for the Pats.
  2. Let me rephrase that again, I don't for sorry for anyone in the Bengals organization.
  3. Whoever has the hot hand. McClain did very well running the ball against the Bengals in Week 1. But then again, his efficiency could have been attributed to the contrasts in his style against Ray Rice's, who got 22 carries himself.
  4. I am disappointed in you crav. If you won't say it, I will. *** I'm stupid for thinking this game is easy ***! :P
  5. Can we move this topic to the general board if you guys are going to talk about politics? The bottom line is that universal health care is inevitable in this country whether you think its efficient or not. After this election, I am done arguing about it. I am now just playing the waiting game so when the system screws up I'll be there with a big "I told you so!" Now, back to the topic that matters: The Ravens have not played down to the level of their competition this season. In fact, they have dominated average and below average teams. I do not expect anything to change, and we will dominate. I think this is Flacco's breakout game (3 or more TDs)
  6. As Crav would say, this game is going to be a *** I'm stupid for thinking this game is easy ***. We have not played down to the level of our competition this season, and I do not expect us to. We are going to dominate.
  7. Well if you are trying to read Lil Wayne's blog as a legitimate sports blog, then I can see why you do not like it. I read it for entertainment and find such quotes you pointed out as entertaining.
  8. Lil Wayne has his own sports blog on ESPN. It is pretty interesting actually. He is good friends with a lot of athletes, and likes to sit court side at NBA games and talk trash to the players, pretty funny. He is also a huge Packers fan and loves to bet fellow rappers money on games. http://sports.espn.go.com/espnmag/story?id=3710157
  9. I like it! Now I can watch the game at the bar!
  10. I think we just go with the hot hand. The Eagles were very effective in shutting down Ray Rice (7 carries for 8 yards) and Willis McGahee (8 carries for 7 yards). Rice essentially has the same running style as Willis, good quickness and vision, with the ability to bounce it out to the corner. Both guys are patient runner. When looking at the Eagles front-four, they have smaller, quicker defensive linemen that are good at jumping gaps. In other words, there was no time to let holes develop for they were closing quick. Cam Cameron made a nice adjustment and shifted to a straight ahead power run game, which let our offensive line overpower the weaker Eagles line. Throw in a 260-pound straight ahead runner, and it was simply a good matchup for the Ravens. Even though I do agree that McGahee is probably hurting, football is all about matchups and today Le'Ron McClain was simply the better matchup than Rice or Willis.
  11. For the future, Justin.tv is also another place to watch the game. That is where I watched the game this afternoon.
  12. Dodged a bullet there! Lets score some points now!
  13. Common, throw the ball downfield!
  14. Way to let the Eagles back into the game.
  15. NO MORE FGs, WE NEED A TD HERE!!!
  16. Wow, very nice play E. Reed! Lets now cash in before the half.
