  1. I'm not saying that New Orleans is crazy. I'm saying that McAlister is a drunkard.
  2. I don't think McAlister will ever make his way off Bourbon Street, much less out of New Orleans.
  3. Anyone else see this game shaping up like the 2005 Lions game? It scares me.
  4. You guys should probably stop all the grand illusions of Foxworth playing the nickel right now. He costs too much to not be starting, so he will continue to start. At least, that is, until our second round pick in 2010 starts outplaying him.
  5. Worst coached team in the league? I wouldn't argue it.
  6. Or the penalty that knocked us out of field goal range at the end of the game... Take away the big catch, and he's got 6 catches for 75 yards. Plus maybe the two biggest mistakes of the game.
  7. Basically, the Packers' secondary is what ours was when our defense was at the top.
  8. You aren't reading that chart correctly; it's not showing the current standings, it's showing probabilities. The Jags are absolutely the #6 seed, and we're on the outside looking in as of today.
  9. I actually agree with Papa for a change. Clayton didn't have a great game, he had one long catch. He looks more like the last guy who wore our #89 every time he steps onto the field.
  10. It's not just legit. It's official. He's out. ...but he is the emergency quarterback.
  11. Would you like me to ask?
  12. He meant next Sunday, we don't play until Monday night.
  13. I hope they're louder than last week. I was surprised at how quiet it felt for most of the game. I've been to everything from playoff games to Browns games, and I've never heard it more quiet than last week. I was disappointed.
  14. Agreed. Pre-game kicks are always easier to make and end up being longer. There's no pressure and they can kick lower and more directly.
  15. How can anyone forget Frank Walker so quickly?!
  16. Jeff Garcia is supposedly coming in tomorrow...
  17. Mason was wide open on his first dropped pass. And, Cleet, Washington was open quite a bit yesterday. I don't know whether Joe doesn't trust him or just looks at Mason/Rice too much and quickly, but he missed Washington open maybe a half dozen times.
  18. Washington has an absolutely awful game. We'll think of Mason having a great day, but he had two HUGE drops, too. Back to the CBs though, Carr was aggressive and played tight all game long, even when he was put outside. He was the anti-Washington, and it worked well. Outside of a missed tackle on Wayne's long play, Foxworth had a good game, too.

    Hey

I don't think he's worth it now. Not at any cost, at least.
  20. In case no one else noticed, the defense got a lot better once Washington was carted off...
  21. Haha, Bengals.
  22. Not sure why, but I feel it. He tried whipping it deep last week, and the Browns just kept two back all game long (why that wasn't taken advantage of, I'll never know). I think the Colts are more disciplined and less risky than that, and that Joe should have an excellent game. This isn't the Colts defense of old, though. Running it down their throats is something that WON'T work this week. Manning doesn't need time to score, as he proved last week and earlier against Miami. It's useless to try taking time from him, so the best thing to do is play his game. I think we can do that.
  23. I'm on my way for the first time since that horrible Colts/Ravens playoff game. Hopefully this time, it's better. At least the seats are better.
  24. You stole our team. Give us our kicker back, and we'll call it even. Love, Baltimore Ravens
  25. Cut him. Cut him now.
