What about those first four years when Flacco was getting valuable playoff experience riding the coat tails of the defense. See on one hand you say everything is a team stat then you turn around and give Flacco all the credit for our superbowl win, you're a joke, Flacco doesn't make his surrounding cast better , he needs to ride the coat tails of a defense and hope he has enough offensive talent around him. Flacco knows the talent he has around him and he uses it well but if the talent isn't there Flacco will not make them better, our O-line isn't the best but flacco is making our O-line look worse than what it is because he pocket awareness is horrible, there are times i've seen him back there ducking and flailing and no one was around him as if he was seeing ghosts. There are guys that could get it done with what we have offensively, so far this year Flacco isn't one of them.

Flacco is an overpaid crybaby, he's crying about us using the wildcat, which is essentially a running play, you've never cried about us running the ball why start crying now about the wildcat, if you were putting up more points and not looking so mediocre we wouldn't have to try these things to create offense.

Ray hit the nail right on the head, and Dee you're absolutely right, ray was a more menacing MLB with big DT's , but that doesn't make what he said about Flacco any less true, i've been saying the exact thing on here this whole season so i know where he's coming from.

How can you on one hand say , don't compare joe to brady, brees, peyton and rodgers they're HOFers and joe will never be that, and then on the other hand want us to follow the patriot model for a QB that is a far better qb than joe. thats what sounds stupid to me

See this is how i know you're his groupie, on one hand you admit to Joe's shortcomings and yet you defend his 120.6 million dollar contract with the when and where excuse. Joe has been average most of his career, sure he had a great run in the playoffs last year, had a pretty good afccg in 2011 but for the most part Joe has been the definition of average (by your own admission you already know this though) and with a straight face you defend what this man makes and don't hold him accountable for our record. Why Money, why is it Ok for Joe to play average , have this huge contract , and not be held accountable? Why is it you don't expect Joe to play at a high level but defend his contract every chance you get? nevermind i already know the answer you're a Joe Flacco Groupie.

I haven't given up on this season or Joe but the only thing that can be done at this point is for Joe to raise his level of play. If he does that then we make the playoffs and make a run , if he doesn't we'll be picking in the top half of the draft

it is black and white , Flacco is not performing so you add Ben, Eli, Ryan and Romo into the mix to justify his mediocre play but as a Ravens fan that doesn't justify his play. you're pretty much saying because these guys are playing mediocre (ben, Eli, romo ryan) then it's OK if Flacco plays mediocre. Where true ravens fans choose to hold Flacco up to the Brees Brady Peyton Rodgers standard and not give him a pass because they are groupies of flacco. Anyone who comes on here and accepts flaccos play because of romo ryan eli and Ben aren't getting it done is the definition of a groupie.

It's black and white not shades of gray, if Brady, Peyton, Rodgers and Brees make X and Joe is making X right along with them why would you not expect a similar result in what they all do on the field. A groupie will find all types of ways of trying to spin something that is so obvious, and that is JOE IS NOT HOLDING UP HIS END OF THE BARGAIN. point blank. Where and when they signed is all BUSH when it comes to results, of course you have to find a way to defend performances that are indefensible and what you people have come up with is lame. the guy is not performing up to the level of his contract. if we are not going to hold players accountable then so be it, but don't come on here complaining about what Ngata is or is not doing and then when somebody calls out your boy you start talking about where and when he signed because the same could be said about Ngata and Haynesworths contract, but that doesn't stop you from bitching about Ngata.

we have three straight home games, if we win all three , build some confidence, we could possibly still win this division or get that wild card, but winning these 3 straight home games is a must

If Caldwell And Joe haven't put the work in , where joe can't audible out of a play then yes i give caldwell gets some blame , but in my book the lions share of the blame will always be on Joe because this is his 6th year and his contract dictates to me a certain level of play.

Here the situation: 2nd and goal inside the 5 yard line , we're down 3 points and the bears are clearly playing the run, they have our blockers outnumbered , but man to man coverage on three WR's and Joe doesn't check out of the play. That one play lost us the game, it should have never went into overtime. Joe has a very good skill set and talent but very little smarts. Joe being a dummy is what is costing us games.

Flacco's pick 6 and his remedial level pre snap reading ability lost this game. We could have spent 120 million alot better than this. Defense gave up one TD,Rice went for over 100 and Flacco made sure Chicago stayed in that game.

Why didn't Joe audible out of the 2nd and goal run to Rice, chicago clearly was ganging up on the run and Joe ran the play anyway.

Joe is the definition of mediocre, one great play, one terrible play, one good decision, one bad decision. Once again the defense is playing lights out. Boomer just said it , "Joe is keeping the Bears in this game"
