Ravens Insider: Haloti Ngata misses second straight practice to deal with personal matter

Ravens nose tackle Haloti Ngata remained away from the team to deal with what Harbaugh said Sunday was a personal matter. Ngata, who probably wouldn't have played in Thursday's preseason finale anyway, has been excused from practice the past two days.
