Ravens apparently should have been flagged on late missed field goal in win over Dolphins

 

Standing at his locker Tuesday, Ravens defensive lineman Chris Canty laughed when informed that pushing teammate Arthur Jones from behind on a critical missed field-goal attempt by the Miami Dolphins was the impetus behind the renewed enforcement of an NFL rule change adopted before the season.
