ABSOLUTELY NOT. We have had enough one-and-done head coach retreads as offensive coordinators lately, especially ones who lack any ability to make in-game changes or do much more than hold down the ground they're standing on. Who is making these decisions? And why?

They seem to be taking things awfully slow IMO. You'd think they'd have thought of Calds replacement before he even interviewed. Some important draft days are coming up.....you need your OC looking at reports ranking players and giving Oz their input.
