Ravens running back and fiancee Janay Palmer were both arrested; lawyer says video lacks context

 

A video clip has surfaced depicting the aftermath of an alleged fight that led to the arrest of Ray Rice and his fiancee over the weekend in Atlantic City, and police there said Wednesday they have referred the case to county prosecutors to "ensure all appropriate charges are considered."
