Ravens coach John Harbaugh said Monday that Rick Wagner's preseason performance has earned the second-year player the starting spot at right tackle, while guard-tackle Jah Reid has played his way into the top backup role at tackle behind Wagner and starting left tackle Eugene Monroe.
