In all seriousness... this is pathetic. Breakdown of scouting departments in the AL East. At just a glance, notice that the O's have just 36 total members in their scouting department. The next lowest is the Rays with 50. The rest are all over 60.

And that's entirely inconsequential... you know, its not like Mariano Rivera, Robinson Cano or any other big superstars have come out of the international arena that the Orioles could have had their hands on.

 

The international system is screwy, but the Orioles still need to get in the game - big time.
