So in Kiper's mind, if Perriman comes back strong the next two years thanRavens go back to getting an A- instead of a B- for that class. Ozzie always plays his boardso that was the choice for him to make back then. BTW, even Kiper had Perriman ranked #15 on his board while Oz had him ranked 17th and saidthere was nobody left in the first round he wanted after him. In fact Kevin Byrne wrote an article about thewar room that day and said Oz groaned and slumped down when SQueelers took Dupreejust ahead of us. Apparently, that's who Oz really wanted but he didn't impact the gameeither while playing all year. So you never know. It takes about 3 years to develop a draft class. Quote
