Ravens Insider: Ravens release safety Will Hill with fourth suspension in four years looming

Two days after reaching a four-year agreement with safety Eric Weddle, the Ravens released Hill, a 14-game starter last season. The move creates just over $3 million in salary cap space and paves the way for converted cornerback Lardarius Webb to start alongside Weddle in 2016.
