The Ravens got the worst possible news on the status of offensive guard Nico Siragusaâs left knee.

The rookie fourth-round pick, who was carted off the field late in Tuesdayâs practice, tore the anterior cruciate, medial collateral and posterior cruciate ligaments in his left knee, sources confirmed.
