Despite being listed as questionable on the final injury report ahead of todayâs game against the Tennessee Titans, Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco said all along he would play. Flacco is indeed active and will start 10 days after sustaining a concussion in the Ravensâ victory over the Miami Dolphins.
