Ravens tight end Darren Waller has been reinstated by the NFL after serving a one-year suspension for violating the leagueâs substance abuse policy.

The 6-foot-6, 255-pound Waller, who attended Tuesdayâs practice, has not played since the 2016 season, during which he caught 10 passes for 85 yards...
