Maryland National Guard to Test Live Feed from M&T Bank Stadium to Afghanistan. The Maryland National Guard's 1297th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion will test a live feed to Afghanistan from M&T Bank Stadium on Friday, Oct. 28, between 12-1 p.m. The 78-member battalion – also known as Task Force Raven – is based in Havre de Grace, Md.
