Otherwise, why draft a kicker? I am sure performance from last year plays a major part. — Kranski Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? — Robin Ficker Whether he’s innocent or guilty, the situation may have weighed on his performance last year. And would likely have been even worse this year. Between his performance and the distraction surrounding his situation, the team may have figured there was more downside than upside. They probably made the right decision. — John Devine The idea that it’s “performance only” is a little silly. Come on. The Ravens have excellent security and investigation people.
