ExtremeRavens Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Former Ravens kicker Justin Tucker’s Owings Mills home sold last Friday for $2.8 million, according to a real estate listing. The 6,000-plus-square-foot brick and stone colonial features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an open floor plan, large windows, an exercise room and a three-car garage. Outside, the property includes a grilling area, pool with multiple seating areas and a converted patio with an outdoor fireplace. Annual homeowners association fees are $1,874, and property taxes are $18,152, according to the listing. The house was purchased in 2019 for $1.8 million by a limited liability company whose resident agent is David Miller, founder and principal of Owings Mills-based Terrain Title & Escrow Company. The residence was originally listed at $3.2 million, according to the listing. Listing agent Jeremy Batoff of Baltimore-based The Batoff Group did not respond to a request for comment. Tucker, who spent 13 years as the Ravens’ kicker, was released by the team in May and suspended for 10 games by the NFL in July for violating the league’s personal conduct policy after more than a dozen Baltimore-area massage therapists accused him of sexual misconduct. Tucker, 35, has denied the allegations and has not been charged criminally or named in civil litigation. He remains an NFL free agent and is eligible for reinstatement on Nov. 11. Have a news tip?
