Here are the winners for Week 2: Tackle football Paul Thompson, Dulaney: Thompson has the Lions off to their best start in 20 years after knocking off Catonsville, 34-0, in Week 2. Dulaney is averaging 40 points per game and has allowed only one defensive touchdown in two weeks. Girls flag football Dennis Stubbs II, Northern-Calvert: Stubbs is leading Northern-Calvert in its first season, and the program is off to a hot start. The Patriots are 4-0 and sit atop the Southern Maryland Athletic Conference standings. Northern-Calvert has tallied 116 points through four games and given up just one score defensively this season.
