Baltimore has traded for Tennessee Titans outside linebacker Dre’Mont Jones in exchanged for a conditional fifth-round draft pick, a source with direct knowledge of the situation confirmed to The Baltimore Sun. Jones, 28, is a former third-round pick of the Denver Broncos who has 35 career sacks including 4 1/2 this season, his first in Tennessee after signing with the Titans as a free agent.
