It’s been two weeks since the Ravens fired coach John Harbaugh after 18 seasons in Baltimore.

The franchise is still searching for its next leader.

The Ravens have interviewed more than a dozen candidates, including a few who have received second, in-person interviews. Owner Steve Bisciotti, during his rare news conference last week, said, “I am very intrigued by coaches that were the hottest offensive and defensive coordinators — five, six, seven years ago in their cycles — and got jobs and went to teams that were noncompetitive and didn’t have a quarterback.”

Should previous head coaching experience matter for Baltimore? We want to hear from you. After you vote, leave a comment and we might use your take in The Baltimore Sun.

The Baltimore Sun reader poll is an unscientific survey in which website users volunteer their opinions on the subject of the poll.
