Ravens cornerback likely won't receive an offer sheet before deadlineWith today being the final day that NFL teams can sign restricted free agents to offer sheets, it is pretty much a formality that cornerback Cary Williams, who was given a second-round tender by the Ravens, will be back in Baltimore this season even though he has yet to sign his restricted tender and technically isn’t under contract.
