Report states that Suggs plans to play Sunday against the TexansRefuting a report that Ravens Pro Bowl outside linebacker Terrell Suggs plans to make his season debut Sunday against the Houston Texans despite just returning to practice this week from a partially torn Achilles tendon, a source told The Baltimore Sun, "He's not playing."
