Ravens special teams coordinator thinks rookie kicker could be an annual selection if he maintains his consistency and productivityDespite being a rookie, Justin Tucker ranks third in the NFL in field-goal percentage (93.5) and seventh in points (127). It wasn’t enough, however, for the Ravens kicker to earn a Pro Bowl invitation. The Cleveland Browns’ Phil Dawson, who leads the league in field-goal percentage (96.6), got was selected as the AFC's kicker.
