CBS Sports: Modell not in HOF not because of Cleveland; he just doesn't belong

It's easy to chalk Art Modell missing the Hall of Fame to ripping the Browns from Cleveland. Gregg Doyel agrees that Modell's not a Hall member, but it's because he's only a so-so owner.
