Ravens issued three restricted tenders, shed Boldin's $6 million base salary

The Super Bowl champion Ravens shed $6 million against the salary cap for the 2013 fiscal year Monday when they traded three-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Anquan Boldin to the San Francisco 49ers in exchange for a sixth-round draft pick.
