just because someone on TV says we want Hightower and Konz... doesn't mean the team wanted Hightower and Konz.. Eric D even stated yesterday, that Hightower was not a player they were willing to trade up for.

I am so tired of people complaining about Hightower. IF they thought they needed him, or that he was worth trading up to get. they would have tried to. but instead of losing a pick or two, to trade up,. they gained a pick and traded down. Hightower may turn out to be good. but he's not worth 2 players.

KO is a four year starter that plays two positions. A team captain with a very mean streak. He's a perfect Raven. As for Streeter. He'll get open simply based on the fact that Boldin, Smith and the TE's will get more attention from the defense.

Mckinnie doesn't scare me one bit... for coming off the street and playing.. he played great. only the colts game can you say he had a bad game. it's way to early to be concerned. they rebuilt the O-line in traning came last year and they were good enough to get us to the championship game. In Eddie Royal's case his QB got traded, and the offense changed completely. Williams, on the other hand, will have an other year in the same system (different DC) and pretty much same team. It's He, webb and smith at CB and the exact same safties with Reed and Pollard. He should have a better year. He actually gets an off season this year.

yes we have 2 hall of famers on defense. who haven't been playing at a hall of fame level in about 3 years. we have a great team. but unfortunatly... some great teams don't win it all. it doesn't mean the season was "waisted". It was a very good year and if Lee catches the ball.. it could've been a great year. I don't see any way someone can say Harbs is waisting talent
