I don't want to attend games if Rice is in uniform

Yes, and a highly respected piece of shit thank you. And I, unlike you, would never tolerate ANYONE spitting on me. Caught any good hocks lately? -

..... because she is a woman? What kind of sexist crap is that? Life lesson son, a knucklehead is a knucklehead - male or female - knuckleheads routinely get laid out.. And if your woman feels so empowered to spit on you, she KNOWS you're a stone cold punk. -

Why? They were both arrested on assault charges. Why did you so quickly assume this was all on Ray's shoulders? -
Sorry Chief. I'm not as big a fan of lying and hypocricy as you seem to be.

This one is pretty easy. Ray Rice's fiance ( not his wife ) spits on him at 3:00 AM in Atlantic City. That's assault. Ray Rice then lays her out. That's self defense. Case Closed. -
Whatta load of bullshit. Gambling is still illegal in most states yet media posts spreads, lotteries are government sanctioned and widespread, and on line poker is everywhere. All of which means there are a lot of hypocrites and criminals walking around ( including quite a few on this thread ). Deonte Thompson caught with a ounce of pot? Big F'ing deal. This should be looked upon ( wink wink ) just as we look upon ( wink wink ) gambling.

Unfortunately, Oher looks like the best of a really bad lot when stacked up against other FA's on the market. What should be of concern is Eugene Monroe, who stands to get overpaid on his next contract because of the sparcity of talent at his position. Don't think the Ravens will go out on a limb to retain him thus strengthening Oher's position at one of the tackle spots ( or even Monroe's spot at LT should Eugene move on ).

Looks like negotiations with Pitta have hit a big snag. Turns out he wants to get franchised as WR ( 11.5 million ) instead of TE ( 6.5 million ). That's waaaay too much coin for a part time, non blocking, YACless TE coming off of a hip injury. Don't believe Pitta's in a Raven uni next season.

I'm starting to think that retaining Micheal Oher wouldn't be such a bad idea.

Now That The Dust Has Settled .......

Wrong. A site's value is measured by the advertisements it attracts. More traffic = more members = better chance at obtaining ad dollars. Advertising bucks is the big difference between big boy sites and little boy sites. -

Well then congratulations are in order. You've spent untold hours and very large amounts of money a week trying to figure out how to remain a small and obscure site. You've successed. Not a knock - just an observation. -

Don't quite understand why Mods here discourage long threads. One would think that a sites' value is measured by the activity it attracts. The better sites attract many more views and many more replies. This site does not. Are the Mods restricting activity on this site because they do not wish to become bigger and better? -

After 6 years you still don't recognize what Joe Flacco can or cannot do? What planet are you on? -

rastaman831226 replied to rastaman831226's topic in Baltimore Ravens
I see the lightbulb finally turned on. The big question here is how can you mesh an OC whose bread and butter has been WCO with a QB whohas been running a version of Air Coryell for the last 6 years? -

Aaaah vindication. I still hold that if Kubiack introduces his version of the WCO, Joe Flacco will once again be reduced to dump off Flacco. -

Perhaps your interests would be better served by actually watching Ravens games. 2012 was another Ray Rice dump off season. When you're dumping the ball off to backs without involving WR's that's a failed WCO scheme. -

rastaman831226 replied to rastaman831226's topic in Baltimore Ravens
No one runs a true WCO these days. However, Joe Flacco will be required to master the 2 to 3 step drop. He will be required to quickly recognize the hot read ( it's gonna have to be more than Ray Rice ) and he's going to have yo somehow acquire a quick release. In short, all the tools we now know after 6 years he does not possess. -

It's pretty clear I know something you don't and that's football. There's just no way a West Coast Offense coach fits in with a QB who cannot run that system. That is if you know something we don't know. The floor is yours Money. Let's see you expound. -

rastaman831226 replied to rastaman831226's topic in Baltimore Ravens
I don't understand you. Here we have a new OC who has cemented his career and reputation as a teacher of the West Coast Offense. That part is inarguable. What is also inarguable is that in 6 years, of watching Joe Flacco, anyone but the slowest of Tards realizes that Flacco is not nor will ever be a West Coast QB. Your post begs the question - do you even know what a West Coast Offense is? -

Great insight...................................... as usual. -
Now that the dust has settled on the new coaching hires, has anyone given any thought to the idea that we now have a new OC will run a system unsuited for the personnel on this team?

What got my attention was how physical Seattle played this game and this season. Just reminded me of our team through the years. The bottom line here is, finesse teams don't stand a chance in the playoffs and SB.
