I hope this is not season ending. Somebody give me some good news. As to the game, Ravens NEVER gave up. That's how you win in this league.

If you are out to get Harbs, read it. Our coach did everything right, including suggesting back in Feb. that Ray Rice be immediately released. The other brass overruled him because of Ray's extensive contributions to Baltimore society.

I agree with you 100% that sales and endorsements will hurt the Ravens organization. No doubt about that. But for how long? People, men and women, love NFL football. The Ravens are amazing to this town. My point though is this. Who really has the authority to punish the NFL and The Ravens? The people who watch the game. That's it. And when people like a product, they stick with it. They'll keep coming backfor more. In one year, this whole thing will be a distant memory of what to do and what not to do. That's it.

First of all, we have got to stop all this "the sky is faliing, the sy is falling!". It is not. Yes, I agree that Ray was wrong and what he did was unlawful. But what exactly did Goodell do that was illegal? Lie? Yes but that's not unlawful. How about Bisciotti? What if anything has he done unlawful? Lie? Attempt to get better treatment for his employee? The same for Ozzie and Dick Cass. So who is getting punished? Who has the power and authority to punish these folks? The liberal morality and politically correct police? They wish. Bottom line? Goodell and the Ravens are going to walk away from this, -smelling like a rose. No one has the power or authority to hurt them.

I disagee. Ray told Goodell exactly what happened before the video surfaced. Goodell is now in a CYA mode, saying that Rice's story was inconsistent to what he saw on the video. BULLSHEET.

Oh yeah, one other thing. They will shut down West. 45 yards total.

That will change Sunday with this new Kubiak system. Look for the same game plan. Short to intermediate passes, dump offs, and screens. And a heavy dose of Pierce and Forsett. Finally, look for Torrey to get involved in this game plan.

Papa-According to the Ravens, Ray did tell them the truth when he explained what happened on the elevator, even before the second video emerged. Goodell says Ray did not tell him the truth. I find that extremely hard to believe. Goodell is trying to cover his arse and save face, at Ray Rice's expense.

What Ray did was horribly wrong, but he does not deserve banishment fron the NFL. He is now being made the NFL scapegoat. I am convinced that Goodell lied when he made the statement that Ray's story to him was "inconsistent" with the video. The Ravens have already stated that Ray told them the truth before the video surfaced about how he, did in fact, punch her, renderering her unconscience in that elevator. Why would Ray tell the Ravens one story and Roger Goodell another. The only story that I see as inconstant here is Roger Goodells. He lied.

I'm beginning to believe that Cleveland might be unprepared for this new Ravens team. I think our D comes prepared and ready, while Flacco and company play the same offnsive game vs. Pittsburgh. Therefore, I am now prepared to change my aforementioned prognostication to- Ravens 23 Browns- 13

Max is right. Both teams stuck to their boards as they should have. Cleveland moved up and snatched him from us. That's how the draft works.

The sheer character it took for these players to come out and soundly beat the Pittsburgh Steelers is truly amazing. I'm so proud of these guys after all the negativity that surrounded them to play with the fortitude that they showed. How can you not love them?
