  1. I wouldn't go that far, as of now, but you are correct that when a team has to get back a center who was, for all intense purposes, cut, there are problems on that O-line. This is the weakest part of the team. Too many penalties on them and Zuttah will only make it worse.
  2. I have to agree with Max about the offense. There came a point in the 1st half yesterday where Miami had picked up 5 first downs to our 0. This thing with Flacco is starting to piss me off a little. How can we possibly expect him to come out sharp vs.(at) Cincy when he has had 0 snaps in the exhibition season. And again, we appear to be very good at depth. I agree with all here that Woodrum should start next week.
  3. Unlike last year this time, we were losing because of our bench. Not this year, our bench is pretty strong. Nice drafts over the last two years and it shows. Top 5 D this season.
  4. No, you don't expect per se, you hope. Why? Very simple answer. You despise everything about these Ravens.
  5. Exactly what kind of drugs are you on when you write this crap? Meth, xanax, percuset, oxy?
  6. I was not aware that "polls" were made by the Front Office to see where the fans were on this issue. If polls were conducted, it is a wise choice by the Front Office. After all, we PAY THEM. Or maybe it had something to do with the fact that our national anthem was written by Francis Scott Key right here in Baltimore, Md.
  7. This is how the Ravens go 11-5 this season. Our defense is going to be a shut down D all year long. It's just loaded with talent from front to back. We have a pretty good special team unit. Best punter and kicker in the NFL. Win the field position game and we win football games. Our D holds them to about 10 points a game. Our O scores about 10 points to 13 points a game. Tucker comes in and he rarely misses. And this scenerio is against good teams. Bad teams, we blow them out like we used to do back then. Stop complaining so much. This is our NFL team and they are pretty damn good at what they do.
  8. No, this is going to turn into a "who the fuck cares" problem for them. You and Tsyl are just haters who love to find excuses to belittle the front office. Maybe it's time to see someone about your deep seeded latent insecurities.
  9. At first, I heard that he wasn't injured. That he just had some soreness due to weightlifting at home. Now, I'm hearing all these different time tables on his return. What the hell is really going on here? I'm starting to bite my nails.
  10. Of course Ray Lewis makes it on his first opportunity. Top three linebacker of all time. It was not only on his play, but his ability to "will" his teammates to play better. It's not even questionable. Anyone here or elsewhere that doesn't believe that is just plain stupid.
  11. Oh God, the negativity here. This looks like a great pick up. 6'7" 330 lbs, a starter the last 4 years, and best thing yet, he is not prone to injuries.
  12. In 2000, when we won the superbowl, didn't we go some four games without an offensive touchdown? Defense wins championships.
  13. Can someone post on this thread a list of Ravens hurt so far, and their injury, and estimated recovery time? That would be very helpful in this thread. Thanks.
  14. Actually, he is laughing at your answer. I did.
  15. You're right Papa, I'm so stupid and you're the Raven expert. I happen to think the Ravens are going to be alot better on offense than you give them credit for.
  16. Max- I really had high hopes for Dixon, but that seems the Raven way now adays. Get hurt-out for the season or get suspended. You're right. We have to add a quality RB. Taliferro will be back, but is not the answer. Either is Whitehead. West is running out of steam, IMO. We have to add another feature to this position before long.
  17. What kind of stake are you talking about, Mr. "I hate the Ravens" boy?
  18. A meniscus operation is relatively an easy fix. Six weeks and he'll be ready by game 1.
  19. They are better than 16. They just love those Steelers though, don't they?
  20. This is an away game. It would be a great start to knock them off at home. Pacman could never catch Perriman anyway.
