Ed Reed was inside the Castle on Thursday, another positive sign that suggests the Ravens safety plans to report for training camp next week. According to the team’s Twitter account, Reed was at the Under Armour Performance Center in Owings Mills, running sprints and doing agility drills on the outdoor practice fields. Now that the Ray Rice deal is done, attention has turned to when Joe Flacco is going to get an extension. And just as there was with Rice, conflicting reports and rumors on when it will come are rampant. At around noon today, NFL.com’s Daniel Jeremiah published a contradicting story. Defensive tackle Bryan Hall is one of the most outgoing players in the Ravens locker room, but as he enters his second year in Baltimore, he is optimistic that he can make some noise on the field, too.
