  1. Would you settle for an alternate fate?

Are you a comic reader? I dont want to know anything... to answer your question yes I would settle for alternate fate but I really have my heart set on a skull cracking spiked bat brains on the pavement kind of death.

  2. All the HBO series are on the jail broken firesticks. All the NFL games as well. Ever since I hacked and jail broke my Firesticks I have been strongly considering dropping cable altogether. Between the firesticks and Netflix there isn't much content I dont have access to. In most cases its on there within 24 hours of the live broadcast. The only problem is that the way comcast and verizon structure their plans, the basically provide no price break to get just internet. They charge almost the same whether you get internet and cable or just internet. Its such a monopoly.

  3. I've been watching Westworld instead and am 4 episodes behind. I only saw the first two. Thought the first sucked and liked the second.

I'm defintiely going to watch Westworld from start to finish. I saw the first two episodes and then forgot about it but I heard its getting really good.

  4. It seems like right now they are showing how each community has been broken and abused by the savior dictatorship and I'm guessing that eventually we will see some sort of coordinated rebellion attack by all the communities against the saviors. I'm not a comic reader so I have no idea.

  5. This season sucks. They peaked in the first episode, which really should have been the season finale of last season. They are structuring these story lines all wrong. They are devoting a full hour to each community which only has a handful of characters when they should be devoting ten minutes of each community each episode. By doing that the character story lines would stay fresh in the minds of the viewers. Right now they are going an entire month or more before showing a character and I have no memory of what they hell happened the last time we saw them. Its boring as hell.

  6. You are right about the first drives. The first drive is always scripted ahead of time and that is when we seem to be uptempo, on time and execute the best. Every drive after that is just painful. The Ravens should script more often.

Once again the penalties almost cost the team the win. Stupid ones at that shall we say.

Once again the receiver dropped a big play ball (tough catch granted).

Once again a receiver (tight end) failed the read the defense properly and come back to the ball to sheild the defender, almost resulting in a pick-six.

Once again the line left men untouched on their way to Flacco.

This is not a playoff team, just making the playoffs is fools gold. This team needs quality in the draft.

Once again another huge drop by our DB on a pass that hit him in the hands. That Weddle drop allowed the Bengals to keep the score close for the majority of the game. Had he made that play and we score this game could have gotten out of hand quickly.

  7. During that first drive yesterday I said to myself its happening. Morningweg finally installed his full offense. They trashed the Trestman playbook and are calling plays straight from Marty's playbook. The offense had an entirely different look and feel than we had seen. The plays were fresh. Then of course they abandoned everything, but for that first drive there was hope.

  8. I'm not convinced Bernie would have beaten Trump either. And I definitely put zero stock into any polling data. He beat a politician who had 30 more years of experience and entrenchment. She had the entire Main Stream Media supporting her every move, suppressing every negative wikileaks and Project Veritas revelation, and bashing Trump and his supporters daily. She had the entire corporate landscape backing her. She had Hollywood behind her. She had the President spending every day of his life campaigning for her. She had the DNC running interference at trump rallies and inciting violence, she had CNN giving her debate questions. She had the DNC delivering debate questions for Trump to CNN on her behalf. I'm pretty sure beating a 100 year old socialist would have been very possible.

  9. I heard Trump won with less votes than McCain and Romney. That tells me Dems were tired of Hillary and didn't vote or felt they had it in the bag.

Probably a combo of both. She was so drenched in corruption and scandal that many Dem's simply couldn't bring themselves to voting for her. In regards to the overwhelming confidence, every poll had her dominating. His path to the whitehouse was very narrow. Winning Florida basically was the first chink in the armor last night. From there he took a few clutch swing states and it was all she wrote.

  10. I voted simply on the economy all other social issues are in the background.

This. We are 20 trillion in debt, healthcare for my young perfectly healthy family is $600 per month with a $10,000 deductible, I paid $15,000 to put two kids in daycare this year. We've lost millions of jobs to over-regulations and bad trade deals. We were facing an influx of a million + refugees from areas that are known to host islamic terrorist who believe Christians should be slaughtered. We were facing WW3 with Russia over Syrian pipelines and Saudi influence. Our social security fund is vanishing, we have millions of illegals using our public services and not contributing tax dollars. I don't give a crap about being PC or catering to anyone's safe space. The social issues of the liberals mean nothing to me right now. I am trying to keep food on my table and clothes on our backs. Tax cuts and the spectacular childcare policy laid out by Trump were the primary factors in him receiving my vote (not that is mattered in Maryland anyway)

  11. The entire defense should be on the Juggs machine. These guys have hands of stone.

Great performance yesterday from the defense right up until the PeasVent defense came in and tried to blow another late lead. I'll take that win any day for the simple bragging rights to say we have won 6 of the past 7 games against them

  12. As I said before without a doubt Joe is the guy for the next few seasons. They need to go balls-out to load the oline and Wr corps with talent. Jettison all the old washed up guys (suggs and webb). What happened to Boyle (is his suspension over?) Him and Waller should be promoted over Pitta and Gillmore.

Pitta will be gone for the savings, He wont have much dead money. But it's sad you didn't even mention Maxx Wiliams after we drafted him so high. We bragged heartily about how we stole him right out from under Pittsburgh who was looking to replace Heath Miller. Williams taken in round 2 has 1 career TD. Jesse James taken in the 5th round of same draft already has 4 touchdowns. Another swing and a miss.

  13. I agree that Flacco has not performed as we all hoped when we signed the mega deal. However, the extension made a lot of sense at the time. It was structured in a way that kept the cap hit the same over the length of the contract. No huge jumps like his first deal. Given the fact that the league cap is increasing that means that Flacco actually cap hit percentage will be less and less each year. He basically gets cheaper. And let's face it, franchise quarterbacks are ALL getting paid. Its not like Flacco is the only 20M+ guy in the NFL right now. Guys with less accomplishments are getting the same. Its the market value right now.

I don't know whats wrong with Flacco this year. I think some of it is related to his knee. Physically his knee is probably good but like most guys there's a mental aspect to recovery. If you notice he never steps up in the pocket he always gets out of the pocket. His feet are never set, he never steps into his throws.

I also think his O-line is garbage. I dont want to sound like a Flacco apologist but it's not his fault that we signed Monroe and then immediately cut him and signed Stanley. Now Stanley is hurt. We kept Yanda over KO, and Yanda is hurt. Wagner and Zuttah have both regressed from average to below average. Hurst and Urschell shouldn't be starting on the line.

I also think our playcalling is garbage. We do nothing exotic. Our offense is so bland. We have receivers who can't get open one on one and yet we do nothing to help them. We dont use motion, dont do rubs, dont do screens or pick plays. We dont work the middle of the field anymore, we dont run the ball effectively. We dont have a true slot receiver with Smith Sr out. We look like a pop warner ball team on offense.

  14. This offense totally dropped off when Smith Sr got hurt. He was the only receiver that can actually get open in the slot. Wallace and Perriman are true outside guys and never open. Scheme or not, they get zero separation. Aiken is OK in the slot and honestly I'm a little surprised he has regressed so much this season. Without Smith Sr we have completely neglected the middle of the field.

  15. I was told Mike Wallace and Perriman were fast but I have yet to see them get a step on a DB all season. Meanwhile, Shittsburgh backup players like Sammie Coats and this Hamilton guy just run right past people for 50 yard bombs every single week.
