  1. I know i am not the only one in here but i hate all the "love" we are getting. I wish they would just ignore us lol. And this Ed Reed stuff is really starting to bother me.
  2. Your not alone Spen but his timing couldn't be worse which is evidenced by his agent trying to spin it. Saying he may not be able to play in 1 sentence and asking for more money the next is just stupid.I think he is trying to hold the injury over the ravens as leverage somehow. honestly he reminds me of Ochocinco 2 years ago when he wanted a new deal or out of cincy.
  3. honestly i usually don't complain about players wanting to redo their deals...after all a team can cut a player any time they want but..why would he think they would do that when he himself says things like "honestly i should'nt be playing this year"
  4. I love Ed Reed more than anyone but .......Ed will you just shut your mouth please... They are not gonna give you a new deal with these injury problems which honestly i am starting to wonder if you are just trying to hold your availability to play over the teams head. And enough about Bulger. If Smith was that good they would not have wasted money on another back-up qb. and even if they did it has nothing to do with Ed Reed!
  5. hey guys haven't been on here in awhile but just wanted to let you guys know that although it's bd that Flacco left practice early today because he was sore there is still good news....Randy Moss also missed practice today and was seen limping around the pats facility with a sore knee.
  6. he wanted to play but Harbaugh set him down....hope there's no drama here.
  7. What a load of crap. I thought Billick was the bullshitter.
  8. whether i agree with you or not this will not happen.if it wasn't for injuries they wouldn't have played webb today thought he clearly has earned the chance.
  9. i know Harbaugh is a popular coach but as far as am concerned penalties come back to coaching.
  10. I agree Webb..although it pisses me off we have had to wait this long to see him play any regular snaps. Guess the did'nt pay him enough to play him.
  11. was it me or did we not really blitz til we were down 17?i know i saw like a 3rd and goal where we rushed 3... sorry thats not ravens football there.
  12. Would'nt this be awesome? http://www.profootballtalk.com/2009/01/24/...-home-discount/ SUGGS CLAIMS HE WAS AT 35-40 PERCENT, SUGGESTS TAKING A “HOME DISCOUNT” Posted by Mike Florio on January 24, 2009, 9:21 p.m. EST To the extent that Ravens linebacker/defensive end Terrell Suggs was engaged in a drama queen routine regarding the condition of his shoulder in the days preceding the AFC title game, the curtain still has not fallen. On Friday, Suggs told Zig Fracassi and Jim Miller of Sirius NFL Radio that the Ravens star was only “35-40 percent” against the Steelers. “I would say 35-40 percent healthy but you don’t miss an opportunity to play in the Super Bowl so I lined up anyway and did what I can with the one arm,” Suggs said in response to a question regarding the condition of his shoulder. Though Suggs said he won’t need surgery, such talk could affect his value on the open market, if the Ravens opt against using the franchise tag on him for a second time. And maybe they won’t, given a suggestion from Suggs that he and linebackers Bart Scott and Ray Lewis might give the team a “home discount.” “We really don’t want to play without one another because we’ve been playing together for so long,” Suggs said. “To line up and see somebody [different] behind me in my case, or lining up seeing somebody different in Bart’s case, line up with somebody next to you and it’s not one of the greatest defensive players of all time, it’s going to be kind of weird. Like I told Bart, he’s been like a big brother since I got there. This was his seventh year [and] my sixth. It’s been me, him and Adalius Thomas from Day One. We’ve already seen one of our other brothers walk. We really don’t want to see too many more of us walk away from the city of Baltimore. Hopefully we all can stay, definitely, on a home discount.” Whether Scott and Lewis and (most importantly) any of their agents agree is a different story. Suggs played in 2008 under a one-year franchise tender in the amount of $8.5 million, specifically negotiated to suggest his hybrid role. If the Ravens opts to use it again, they’ll have to offer Suggs a one-year deal worth 120 percent of his 2008 pay, which equates to $10.2 million
