Ravens Insider: Not as heavy as last spring, Ravens OLB Courtney Upshaw still wants to lose more weight

Outside linebacker weighed 295 pounds a year ago at this time, but is somewhat lighter this year, says: "The weight ain't where it needs to be, where I want it to be. It's a grind."
