faaaaaaq Posted September 4, 2010 Share Posted September 4, 2010 Aaron Wilson of the Carroll County Times reports that the Ravens have decided on Billy Cundiff over Shayne Graham as their Week One placekicker. Coach John Harbaugh, a former special teams coordinator, rewarded Cundiff for a superior preseason performance, instead of going with Graham's Pro Bowl track record. Cundiff won the job fair and square. Graham was released Saturday. The rest. I'm a little surprised by this, but Cundiff won the competition on the field. His kick-offs were longer and he made all of his field goals. I just figured they would give us some BS and declare Graham the winner anyway.
